Alissa is a Research Analyst for the Electric School Bus Initiative hosted by WRI’s Ross Center for Sustainable Cities. Through this work, she is partnering with school districts on supporting demand for bus electrification and alleviating barriers to facilitate the transition.

Prior to joining WRI, Alissa worked at M.J. Bradley & Associates, an energy and environmental consulting firm, where she supported a range of transportation electrification work. This included producing Electric Vehicle Market Reports that summarized the momentum in the sector as well as facilitating a coalition of utilities across the Northeast that are working to advance the shift to EVs across the region. Before this role, she interned with the Environmental Defense Fund.

Alissa holds a B.A. degree in Environmental Studies – Economics from Middlebury College, where she also minored in Spanish.

Alissa lives in Washington D.C. where she enjoys playing soccer, trying new recipes, and needlepointing in her free time.
