Bruno is a Regional Coordinator for Urban Development at the WRI Ross Center for Sustainable Cities. He acts as the on-the-ground contact for the UrbanShift Program in Latin America, supporting the engagement with national and sub-national governments to advance the sustainable urban development agenda.

Before joining WRI, Bruno worked on several City Master Plans, Strategic Environmental Assessments, Impact Studies, and Due Diligence projects as an Environmental Engineer in the Arcadis Brasil Sustainability and Territorial Planning teams. Before Arcadis, he worked as an analyst at Deloitte on Business Sustainability projects and at the Sao Paulo State Technological Research Institute in the Natural Disasters Risk Lab as an intern researcher.

Bruno holds a BS in Science and Technology, and another in Environmental and Urban Engineering, both from the Federal University of ABC. He also holds an MSc in Environmental Science and Technology from the same university, in which he developed research on municipal water governance indicators.
