Stephen Naimoli is an Associate in the Systems Change Lab. He works to track global climate progress by identifying indicators and drivers of systemic transformations in power, transportation, buildings, and industry.

Prior to joining WRI, Stephen was an Associate Fellow at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, where his work focused on decarbonization and clean energy policy with a particular focus on the power sector. Before CSIS, he was a research and communications fellow with the International Council on Clean Transportation.

Stephen holds a B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and an M.P.P. from Oregon State University. Based in Washington, D.C., he enjoys travel, reading, and musical theatre.
